You're the difference between "just another influencer" and a high-impact personal brand.
You’ll work closely with both new and established content creators to define their tone, message, content direction, and overall brand positioning. Your job is to create clarity, consistency, and growth across all platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define and develop strong personal brands for each content creator
- Identify key brand attributes, tone of voice, and visual language
- Oversee the strategic positioning across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit & OF
- Guide new creators through the branding phase during onboarding
- Ensure continuity of the brand across content formats and campaigns
- Collaborate with the Content and Traffic teams to align messaging and visual storytelling
- Create moodboards, bios, platform strategies, and brand documentation
- Audit creator profiles and improve aesthetic, messaging and niche clarity

Requirements:
- Background in branding, marketing or copywriting
- Experience with personal branding or influencer marketing
- Strong writing skills – you understand how to craft a message
- Solid knowledge of social platforms and content trends
- Ability to guide others through a creative process
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Basic design and content creation skills are a plus
- Reliable internet and a structured work ethic for remote collaboration
