Chatting Sales Representative

As a Chatting Sales Manager, you're not just a "chatter" – you’re the emotional connection, the voice, and the invisible hand behind every sale. Your role is crucial: you turn conversations into conversions and build long-term loyalty through real, meaningful interaction.

You’ll work closely with our content creators and internal teams to ensure that every subscriber receives an exceptional experience — while driving daily revenue through high-converting, strategic communication.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct messaging on platforms like OnlyFans for assigned creators
  • Upsell PPV (Pay-Per-View) content using subtle, personalized sales strategies
  • Maintain each creator’s unique voice, tone, and brand personality
  • React quickly, naturally, and empathically to explicit or challenging messages
  • Work within structured shifts and deliver clear, data-driven performance reports
  • Handle 1:1 subscriber interactions with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Identify and execute new conversational strategies to increase sales
  • Communicate daily with your supervisor for support, guidance, and KPI tracking

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – this is non-negotiable
  • Deep emotional intelligence: You understand people, fast
  • Strong typing speed and multitasking ability
  • Ability to handle mature topics without losing tone or professionalism
  • A strong Wi-Fi connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to follow brand scripts but also freestyle with ease
  • Highly dependable and available for shift work (4–7 hours/day)
  • Experience in sales, live chatting, or customer support is a plus – but not required
