As a Content Manager at Safari Studios, you are the gatekeeper of quality. You ensure that all content creators upload on time, meet our internal quality standards, and maintain content consistency across platforms. Your role is essential to bridge the gap between content creation, traffic management, and chatting operations.
You're not just overseeing folders — you're shaping the look, feel, and performance of our creator brands.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor content uploads to ensure deadlines and quantity requirements are met
- Review content submitted by creators to ensure quality, format, and relevance
- Evaluate performance of past content and provide guidance on what to double down on
- Coordinate between the Traffic and Chatting departments to ensure frictionless workflows
- Maintain and organize the folder structure of our internal content storage system
- Flag missing assets or gaps in content calendars
- Work closely with creators and the traffic team to align on creative direction
- Create reports on content usage, effectiveness, and improvement areas

Requirements:
- Experience with content production or social media management
- Solid understanding of what makes visual content perform (hooks, formats, trends)
- Strong organizational skills and eye for detail
- Clear and proactive communication skills in English (German is a bonus)
- Experience using Google Drive, Dropbox, ClickUp or similar systems
- Reliable internet and laptop for remote work
- Understanding of the OF creator ecosystem is a plus, but not required
