Human Ressource Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and structured Human Resource Manager to oversee and drive all people-related processes within Safari Studios.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our HR operations:
From creating new job postings and salary coordination, to conducting team surveys and employee satisfaction strategies. You’re the central link between our Recruiting, Training, and Management teams — making sure our people stay supported, informed, and motivated.

This is a leadership role in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You bring clarity, structure, and empathy into a team that works globally and digitally.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Creating new job descriptions and maintaining our hiring structure
  • Managing and coordinating monthly payrolls
  • Gathering feedback from recruiting and training departments
  • Reporting on employee performance and internal KPIs
  • Preparing and assisting with employee check-ins and reviews
  • Acting as point of contact for all staff-related questions
  • Developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Planning and executing employee satisfaction surveys
  • Ensuring smooth and transparent communication across departments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or People Operations
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with digital HR tools, remote processes, and international teams
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Canva and basic analytics tools
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with full confidentiality
  • A structured and proactive approach to work and team support
  • Remote setup with stable internet and access to a working laptop

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience in managing HR departments in startups or remote companies
  • Understanding of team psychology, coaching frameworks, or performance systems
  • Familiarity with the creator/influencer economy or online business models
