At Safari Studios, we believe that strong systems start with strong people. As our new Training Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding new employees through their onboarding and training journey.
You are the first go-to person after contract signing and take full ownership of their development – from orientation to integration into the daily workflow. You support, evaluate, and help new hires grow into confident team members ready to perform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the onboarding journey for new hires
- Monitoring training progress and performance of all new employees
- Reviewing and evaluating training tasks and assignments
- Offering guidance and support through Slack, meetings, and check-ins
- Ensuring all relevant knowledge, tools, and SOPs are understood and applied
- Overseeing the transition from training phase into the regular team structure
- Reporting regularly on trainee status, strengths, and potential red flags
- Coordinating with HR, Team Leads, and CEOs for onboarding alignment
- Helping shape the internal training curriculum over time

Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee onboarding or training roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills in English (German is a plus)
- Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Empathetic and patient with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Docs, Slack, Typeform, ClickUp
- High level of accountability and organizational talent
- Remote work setup with stable internet connection and laptop
